Update Dec. 5

The first few months in Hangzhou, China have been a blast for Maggie and Jackson. If you find yourself in Zhejiang Province please stop by Friends Jazz Bar on Nanshan Road in Hangzhou. They are there Tuesday-Sunday, 9:00PM-12:30AM. The quartet features Maggie on bass and vocals, Jackson on guitar and vocals and China natives Leo and Xiao Bo on piano and drums.
Hangzhou is an historic city full of natural beauty. Centered around West Lake (recently named a World Heritage Site) and spread among lush green hills, the city offers quick escape from its many western amenities. Shopping, dining and a vibrant night life abound in the lowlands while quiet walks up steep, stone paved paths will lead to Buddhist temples, pagodas and many natural features.
